Angela has been trained and certified in the following modalities. She uses a combination of all to suit each client's individual needs. Along with the modalities listed below Angela also runs reiki throughout the massage. Often times clients get up from the table needing to take some time to come back to this world.

Swedish Massage
Swedish massage consist of five different strokes enabling the practionor to address many different issues, gently getting the client to complete relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage
The techniques used in deep tissue are designed to search out knots deep within the muscle and ease them out, without pain.

Trigger Point Massage
Trigger points are alterate locations from where your pain is located and when massaged/held with long, steady pressure, it releases the tension and pain. This increases circulation and oxygenation in the area and often produces instant relief.
