Privacy & Terms Privacy ========= When you visit our site to read information, we collect and store the ip address of your computer, domain from which you came from, the date and time you access our site and the Internet address of the web site from which you link to our site. We use this information to evaluate traffic patterns on our site, so that we can make it more useful to our visitors. We do not make this information available to third parties, nor do we use it for any other purpose. In fact, 99% of the websites you view do the same thing. By purchasing one of our online gift certificates, you are willingly entering your information through our secure connection. This "secure" connection allows us to capture your credit card information among other personal information (name, phone number, e-mail address, etc). This information is captured with our partner Boomtime gift card solution, which provides us the means of providing this online gift card for you. Any personal information that you may share with us is kept absolutely private. Neither your name nor anything about you is sold or shared with any other company or agency (other then Boomtime for only the sake of providing it for us). Occasionally, we may contact you to make you aware of upcoming products or specials. However, we do respect your right to privacy and will not send notices if you contact us and ask us not to. Because Boomtime is our partner and provides us the capability of selling gift cards, the information you enter and Boomtime stores for us, is not used for any other Boomtime purpose. They will not use or sell your information to anyone else. If you send us personally identifying information, for example, in an e-mail message containing an information request or a complaint, we use the information to follow up on your request. If we need to use this information for another purpose, we will tell you explicitly what that purpose is. We do not obtain personally identifying information unless you provide it. Gift Card Terms ================= Per Vermont state law, our gift certificates have: - No expiration for three years. - No fees, except a licensed money transmitter, financial institution or credit union may charge a one-time issuance fee of either $10 or 10%, whichever is smaller. - If remaining value is $1.00 or less, may redeem remainder for cash. - Consumer may redeem unused portion after expiration date if requested. All gift card purchases will be processed within 48hrs by Angelic Touch Massage in our office. We may contact you (so please indicate if this is a gift) to be sure we captured all of your information. If any information is omitted we will contact you to obtain the necessary information. We do keep track of all gift certificates per a unique number used on each. We keep records of outstanding balances and when we performed the requested service.
